Our aim is to ensure dealers profit from Atom’s products while receiving full support.
Our Commitments
Order & Delivery
Prompt order fulfillment and a simple online ordering system. The existing system will continue for the interim period, and then we will announce the new B2B store. Please complete your order online, and we will process it promptly.
Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers are expected to assemble, fuel and run machines, explain to customers the safety and use. Also advise customers to read the manual supplied with unit, especially edging operation.
Warranty Support
Our Warranty Policy is here. Please note that warranties differ for Domestic versus Professional or Commercial usage.
All warranties will now be processed via submission of this online form, including product photos and the proof of purchase. Warranties will no longer be handled manually via phone and email. Please submit the form and we will respond promptly. Do not commence repairs before approval is received, as altering machines will void the warranty.
Click & Collect
Online customers nominate a dealer for pickup (assembled/pre-tested). A unit will always be dispatched to you for online sales and the serial number recorded. The ealer is required to assemble and pre-service the unit and show the customer how to use it.
- Atom notifies dealers of purchaser/model details before shipment.
- Commission: Dealers receive normal commission post-collection.
Freight Policy
Freight free with Atom’s nominated carrier to you for all Edgers, Blowers, and Blower attachments, Tillers and Engine Drills.
Parts that can be safely packed within a carton of the above will also be freight free. However, bulky or heavy parts have to be separately packed and are plus freight
Special freight requests (as an alternative to Atom’s nominated carrier) are plus freight.
Atom does not ship directly to consumer, only to dealers. Products must be assembled by Atom Dealers for the warranties to apply.
Ordering Process
For Known Part/Model Numbers
Go to Order Machines & Parts. You can order parts and machines; check prices, discounts and your profit margins. Email your order to Atom via sales@atompowerequipment.com.au.
For Unknown Part/Model Numbers
If you do not know the part or model number go to Find/Order Parts/Service Info and select the model number. If you don't know the model go to Find Model and it will help you identify it. On entering the Model number, the screen will display exploded views of body parts, engine parts, and assembly modules. The corresponding parts list are below each explosion. Click on the part you need, and it goes into your basket, and you can select as many parts as you want from any model lists. To view your order, go to Checkout. There you enter the quantities you require for each part. The price, discounts, margins and RRP are also displayed. Once the order is complete, hit SUBMIT and it will be emailed to you and Atom. Full dealer service technical information updates can be viewed at the bottom of each model page.
Promotional materials
If you require promotional materials, go to Dealer Info Click on “Promotional Material” and add these items to your order. We have new signage, Point of Sale cards and 2026 Atom Power Equipment brochures.
